How long until my order will ship?

We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business day of confirmed payment. The actual order processing time is subject to the instructions on each product page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your new furniture. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in unused and resalable condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and instructions.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some products such as mattresses, pillows, and certain upholstered furniture are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at luxoralivingshop@outlook.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Packaging: Please securely repackage the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

  5. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above, then place a new order for the item you would like.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund. Please provide photos or videos of the damage for our review.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

What should I do when I received a damaged item?

  1. Upon receipt, please kindy sign the word "damaged" on the proof of delivery(for truck) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

  2. Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

  3. All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 30 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 30 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

  4. Please note that we do not cover the repair fee if unauthorized handyman services were hired.
